WTC Montevideo complex is composed of four towers, two threestorey buildings called WTC Plaza and WTC Avenida and a large central square called Towers Square, whose Sculptures Avenue stands out. The towers are essentially office blocks but the complex also features a gastronomic area as well as commercial facilities.

The buildings were designed by architects E. Kimelman and D. R. Flom. The project dates back to 1992.
